A holistic approach to infant feeding & development.
Our mission is to empower caregivers with the skills, knowledge, resources, and personalized support they need to nurture the holistic development and feeding skills of their children.
About TOTs Therapy
TOTs Therapy provides a holistic approach to therapy for pediatric feeding and tongue tie therapy.
Our goal is to improve age-appropriate feeding skills by addressing a wide range of developmental and feeding difficulties.
We are dedicated to supporting families throughout their parenting journeys by providing comprehensive care and education.

My name is Julia Marvil. I am an occupational therapist (OT), certified lactation counselor (CLC), pediatric feeding specialist, and owner of TOTs Therapy.
I began my career in Atlanta, GA as an occupational therapist specializing in tethered oral tissues (tongue and lip ties), early feeding challenges, developmental delays, sensory integration, and early intervention. Over the years I have worked in a range of settings - including pediatric home health/early intervention, outpatient tongue tie centers, and multidisciplinary OT and speech therapy clinics - giving me a comprehensive view of how babies develop and how families can best be supported through that process.
After moving home to the Northeast, I founded TOTs Therapy to provide individualized, relationship-based care for babies. My practice focuses on supporting feeding and early development, guiding families through confusing or often conflicting diagnoses such as tongue ties, high or low tone, inefficient feeding patterns, and other early developmental concerns. My approach is to look at the whole picture around feeding and function, not just the symptoms, so families understand why challenges are happening and how we can work together to meet their feeding goals.
Above all, my goal is to ensure that caregivers feel informed, confident, and supported as they help their babies learn, grow, and thrive.
My name is Lizzy Sullivan and I’m an occupational therapist (OT) who specializes in movement and feeding in the first year of life. I’ve gained experience working in a variety of settings, including outpatient sensory clinics, early intervention, and children’s hospitals. My work includes the use of manual therapies, positioning, therapeutic play and craniosacral techniques.
My work focuses on promoting gross and fine motor milestones, improving body tension and alignment, particularly in cases of torticollis and plagiocephaly, and addressing colic, gas, and feeding difficulties. I also emphasize the importance of tummy time, healthy movement patterns, and body mechanics as foundational to overall development.
My mission is to guide families through their feeding and development journey with compassion, patience, and expertise. I aim to create a supportive environment where children can thrive and families feel empowered with individualized strategies.
